Previously, Gad was deeply involved in the Israeli hi-tech ecosystem as an entrepreneur and venture capital investor.

Gad holds an M.B.A. degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University.
